Khoja Ilg‘or Qori Pilgrimage Site is one of the sacred places in the Fergana region, respected by both local residents and visitors. The site is associated with ancient beliefs, legends, and traditions, and people visit to honor saints, pray, and seek healing.
Complex structure:
The ensemble includes a mausoleum, mosque or khanaqah, Chillakhona cave, guest rooms, verandas, garden, and resting areas. The buildings are dedicated to Khoja Ilg‘or Qori or the religious figure associated with him.
Cultural significance:
The site was placed under state protection in 2019 as a cultural and spiritual heritage object of Fergana region. Khoja Ilg‘or’s original name was Muhammad Hanafiya, a descendant of Hazrat Ali.
